Tim has an engineering background, and a 20+ years long career in the MedTech industry within hardware and software development, project management, program management, and product development. This includes all aspects of MedTech product development from the earliest innovation and ideation phases, through development, technology maturing, regulatory approvals, production transfer, until phase-out and taking products off markets globally. 

Tim has 3+ years of experience from consultancy services, with diverse customer assignments within product data handling, QMS systems development and updates, as well as preparation for Inspections and Audits. Tim earned an MMT and Executive MBA from DTU in 2019.

Dave is an enthusiastic promoter of Nordic innovation in the world’s biggest MedTech market and loves using his experience & contacts to build helpful relationships between Nordic companies and US business experts. He strongly believes that Nordic entrepreneurship can thrive the US MedTech market and that Minnesota is the place to start.


Dave is an experienced MedTech executive and entrepreneur with broad knowledge of the Minnesota startup environment.  He’s the founder of multiple early-stage initiatives, both free-standing and within greater MedTech organizations (including GN ReSound).  We called on him originally for his particular expertise in direct-to-consumer MedTech marketing strategy.

Kristina has 20+ years of executive leadership experience within Innovation management, R&D, Marketing and Sales of medical devices and associated services in international settings. She is experienced in defining and executing go to market strategies in a variety of life cycle phases based on solid customer and market insights. Kristina has led the growth and transformation of commercial organizations in several geographies and also serves on the board of MedTech companies.


Kristina brings experience from the development and market introduction of more than 25 medical device products and associated services internationally. Commercially, she has expertise in the complex selling situations in healthcare settings that involve several decision-makers and influencers as well as digitized sales and services to the healthcare consumer. Kristina holds a master's degree in pharmaceutical science as well as an MBA.



Sam has experience in leading positions in international companies, previously Chairman of the Danish Telecom Industry and been involved in start-up and ventures. He has been specializing in applied social use of new technologies, health-tech and innovation management since the early 1980s, both as a researcher, corporate manager, entrepreneur, speaker and visionary.


His current positions include Program Director, DTU, Executive and Managing Partner, MedTechBridge. Author of several publications, publishers include Oxford University Press, Butterworth & Heinemann, Tokyo University Press and the EU Press. Sam holds an E-MBA from CBS, Post-Doc at the University of Tokyo, PhD from Kyushu University, Japan, a Ph.D from the University of Copenhagen, an M.A. in Socio-Industrial Planning.
