Terms of Membership
Version 1.0, 31.10.2026
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and MedTech Bridge (represented via JEM Advisory Group ApS, CVR No. 46155459, Aksel Møllers Have 14, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark). Membership is for businesses and professionals acting for a business. By joining you accept these terms, and you confirm this at checkout.
2. Payment
Membership is a one-time payment through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, excluding VAT. Membership does not renew automatically. Payments are non-refundable, except for your 14-day withdrawal right below, and where the law requires otherwise.
Right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from your membership within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, by writing to jack@medtechbridge.org. MedTech Bridge then refunds the full fee within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you paid with.
3. Duration and access
Access starts on 1 January 2027, once your payment has succeeded, and lasts until 31 December 2027. A welcome email carries your sign-in. If MedTech Bridge terminates the programme before 31 December 2027, MedTech Bridge refunds the unused part of your fee pro rata. This refund is your only remedy in that case.
4. What membership includes
Every tier opens the same member content on the members site. Tiers differ in the other benefits listed for your tier on the MedTech Bridge website when you join. That list forms part of these terms. If an event or provider is cancelled or changed, MedTech Bridge offers a new date or a comparable alternative.
5. Changes to benefits and content
MedTech Bridge may add, update or remove content, events, dates and providers. MedTech Bridge tells members by email about material changes.
6. No guarantees and no professional advice
MedTech Bridge does not guarantee regulatory clearance, funding, partnerships, deals, introductions or sales. Advice, introductions, mentoring and member content are informational only. They are not legal, regulatory, reimbursement or investment advice. Please get your own qualified advisers. MedTech Bridge is in no event liable for any advisers, processes or other services provided by third parties or related to the services provided. You take full responsibility for your decisions and their outcome.
7. Introductions and shared information
MedTech Bridge shares your details with a partner or introduced party only with your permission. You decide what you share with them. Partners and introduced parties are independent. MedTech Bridge is not responsible for what they say, offer, do or agree, or for how they use your information. Information MedTech Bridge passes on is shared in good faith and may be incomplete or out of date.
8. Confidentiality and use of member materials
Member materials and other members' information shared through membership are confidential. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use member materials for your own company's internal use. Resharing, resale and public posting are not allowed. Confidentiality does not cover information that is already public, was already known to you, or must be disclosed by law. This duty continues for 3 years after your membership ends.
9. Suspension
MedTech Bridge may suspend or end your membership if you materially breach these terms, for example by resharing member materials. If MedTech Bridge does, no refund is due.
10. No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedTech Bridge is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim, direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with membership, member content, events, partners, introduced parties or advisers. You use membership at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
11. Personal data
MedTech Bridge processes personal data as described in its privacy policy at Privacy policy. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
MedTech Bridge tells members by email before material changes take effect. If you do not agree, you may end your membership before they apply and request a pro rata refund.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. Mandatory consumer or other rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
