What we collect

Your contact details and your company details. Your payment status: paid, tier and date. The member name and email you give at sign-up. If that is blank, the member is the person who paid. Your sign-in details for the members site and the time you last signed in. What you tell us about your company's needs. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

Why we use it

To run your membership and set up your access after payment. To send the set-password email and service emails. To handle payment status. To see when members last signed in, so we can support you and check access. To make introductions and help with your US market entry.

Who sees it

Stripe, for payments. The MedTech Bridge team. The providers that host this site and send your emails, including Wix. Our network of partners and introduced parties, as described below.

Sharing with our network

By joining, you accept that MedTech Bridge may share your details with its network of partners and introduced parties. Your details means your name, company, role, contact details and what you tell us about your company's needs. We share them to make introductions and help with your US market entry.

Partners are independent. MedTech Bridge is not responsible for how they handle information. We pass information on in good faith.

Cookies

The members site uses a sign-in session cookie so you stay logged in.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used, through our contact form. Because membership payments are non-refundable, deleting your information does not bring a refund, except as set out in the Terms of Membership. We may keep payment records.

Changes

We will tell members by email before material changes take effect.
